Permanent Residency in Singapore

On arrival in Singapore, most foreigners will be issued a Visit Pass valid for two to four weeks. An official pass is required to stay longer - there are a variety of passes issued depending on an individual's situation. It is a serious offence to remain in Singapore without an appropriate pass.

All travellers planning to stay in Singapore are required to submit an SG Arrival Card before arrival in Singapore. 

Those eligible for entry will receive a Visit Pass which will indicate the period of stay granted. From 11 March 2022, all foreign visitors arriving in Singapore will receive digital of their Visit Pass (e-Pass) via email. The e-Pass notification states will the period of stay granted and the last day of stay allowed.
